Sevilla FC will be without Portuguese midfielder Duda for the next four weeks after the player sprained his left ankle in a training session this morning.

Worst-case scenario
The 27-year-old was initially though to have sustained a much more serious injury after being carried off the training pitch on a stretcher but subsequent hospital tests have revealed a relatively minor problem. Duda joined Sevilla last season from Málaga CF and has played 17 league games for the club so far, as well as seven in the UEFA Cup and one in this season's UEFA Champions League. He joins Javi Navarro (knee), Julien Escudé (groin), José Ángel Crespo (broken jaw), Enzo Maresca (right thigh) and Federico Fazio (pulled right calf) on the sidelines as Manolo Jiménez's side prepare to take on FC Steaua Bucureşti in Romania on Wednesday.
