Henrique in and out at Barça

FC Barcelona are to sign Brazilian defender Henrique, 21, from SE Palmerias for an initial fee of €8m and loan him immediately to Bayer 04 Leverkusen for a season.

Oleguer departure
Barça also announced that the 21-year-old – who won Brazil's Paulista Championship with his club last term – will cost them an extra €2m should they qualify for the UEFA Champions League after the loan deal has ended. Meanwhile, the Catalan club have also reached an agreement with AFC Ajax for the transfer of defender Oleguer Presas. The 28-year-old will travel to Amsterdam to discuss terms before undergoing a medical. Ajax have agreed to pay an initial fee of €3m plus extras. Josep Guardiola's men must negotiate a third qualifying round tie in August if they are to reach the group stage of this season's UEFA Champions League after finishing outside the top two in Spain last term.
