Serhiy Kravchenko will join FC Dynamo Kyiv on a five-year contract in January, or sooner if FC Vorskla Poltava can be persuaded to release the midfielder.

Key player
Kravchenko has developed into a key player at Vorskla over the last couple of campaigns, taking his tally of top-flight appearances to 65 and earning two caps for his country. "Dynamo are a great team. I think every player born in Ukraine dreams of playing for a club of Dynamo's calibre," said Kravchenko, adding of his status at Vorskla: "It's not common [to cancel a contract prematurely] but these things do happen once in a lifetime. Time will tell whether it's the right move but at the moment I'm just happy to become a Dynamo player." Having finished runners-up to FC Shakhtar Donetsk last term, the Kiev club enter the UEFA Champions League this week, taking on Irish side Drogheda United FC in the second qualifying round.
