The 21-year-old– brother of FC Saturn Mokovskaya Oblast defender Alexei Eremenko Jr – departs Udinese after failing to settle in Serie A following his switch from FF Jaro in summer 2006. In two seasons in Italy he was limited to 24 appearances for Udinese and on loan at AC Siena, mostly as a substitute, but will hope to make his mark at Dynamo. The Russia-born midfielder will be ineligible for the second leg of the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round tie against FC Spartak Moskva, however, depriving him of the chance of playing against one of the clubs his father, Alexei Eremenko Sr, made his name at.
