Recurring problem
The 29-year old Danish international has been troubled by that problem before this season and had to make way an hour into Saturday's 3-3 Bundesliga draw with BV Borussia Dortmund. "Daniel Jensen will be sidelined for Wednesday's match in Athens," said Bremen coach Thomas Schaaf.
Trio hopeful
Midfielder Diego and defender Naldo did not train on Sunday as a precautionary measure, but will be ready for action as Bremen aim to add a win to their two Group B draws. The same is expected for forward Markus Rosenberg, who tore muscle fibres in his thigh while with the Swedish national team.
