Dainelli picked up the injury during Tuesday's 2-1 home loss to Olympique Lyonnais with medical tests today confirming that he will be out of action for a minimum of two weeks. The former Brescia Calcio player has lined up in all five of the Viola's UEFA Champions League group-stage games this season, but will now be absent as they travel to Bucharest needing to avoid defeat to finish third in Group F and earn a place in the UEFA Cup.
