Signing spree
The 29-year-old, capped twice by Poland, signed a two-year contract on Wednesday morning after passing medical tests in Nicosia, with club chairman Fivos Erotokritou saying: "We have been in negotiations with the player for the last three weeks and he comes recommended by our coach Ivan Jovanović." Forward Sikora scored once in 25 league games for Real Murcia CF in the Spanish second tier last season, having made his name at Groclin Grodzisk Wielkopolski. Serbian coach Jovanović previously signed striker Żewłakow, midfielder Kosowski, Slovakian attacking player Mário Breška, Portuguese defender Paulo Jorge and Macedonian defender Boban Grnčarov.
