R. Standard de Liège will be without Cédric Collet for eight weeks after the 25-year-old French defender broke a metatarsal in his foot during training on Sunday.
Injury blows
The left-back has made three league appearancesfour for Standard following his summer move from RAEC Mons, but did not feature in his side's 3-2 loss to Arsenal FC in their Group H opener last Wednesday. Collet will now miss Standard's ties against AZ Alkmaar and home and away to Olympiakos FC, but could be back to face Arsenal FC in London on 24 November. Standard are also without captain Steven Defour for three months after he broke his foot last week.
