Juventus striker Vincenzo Iaquinta is likely to miss the remainder of the UEFA Champions League group stage after picking up a left knee injury in training on Saturday.

Six weeks out
The 29-year-old was ruled out of Sunday's 1-0 win at AC Siena and on Monday morning underwent an MRI scan that revealed the need for surgery, keeping him sidelined for around six weeks. Juve lie second in UEFA Champions League Group A, one point ahead of FC Bayern München thanks in part to the Matchday 1 draw against FC Girondins de Bordeaux secured by Iaquinta's goal. Ciro Ferrara's side, third in Serie A, visit Maccabi Haifa FC on 3 November.
