Happy to return
The 29-year-old Congolese attacker spent last season in Qatar with Al-Arabi having previously played for the likes of Newcastle United FC and Portsmouth FC, from whom he joined Olympiacos on a three-year contract in summer 2007. LuaLua scored five times in 21 games as the club retained their Greek title in 2007/08 before trying his luck in the Middle East. "I should never have left the club and I want to start where I left off," he said. "I'm very happy to be back here and I will do everything I can to help the team win the title." Zico's side have been drawn against FC Girondins de Bordeaux in the UEFA Champions League first knockout round.
