AIK Solna have parted company with two of the players who helped them claim the Swedish double in 2009 after agreeing to sell wingers Bojan Djordjic and Martin Kayongo-Mutumba to Hungarian outfit Videoton FC.

Djordjic joined AIK in 2008 and Kayongo-Mutumba a year later and both proved key men as the Stockholm outfit claimed league and cup honours last season. They nonetheless join an exodus of talent since that triumphant campaign, with goalkeeper Daniel Örlund, defenders Jos Hooiveld and Markus Jonsson, midfielder Jorge Ortiz and strikers Iván Obolo and Miran Burgič having also left.

In addition, double-winning coach Mikael Stahre departed for Greek side Panionios GSS in April. Scotsman Alex Miller took over in June and AIK currently lie third from bottom in the Allsvenskan, although they can look forward to the first leg of their UEFA Champions League second qualifying round contest at home against AS Jeunesse Esch on 13 July.
