UEFA will unveil the new visual identity created for this season's UEFA Champions League final at Wembley Stadium during a ceremony in London on Thursday 25 November.

The event design and final branding for the showpiece match will be presented at Wembley's Great Hall from 12.30 local time on Thursday, in the presence of 2011 UEFA Champions League final ambassador Gary Lineker.

Representatives from UEFA, The Football Association, the Greater London Authority and Wembley Stadium will join the former England striker in attending the launch.

The London final on 28 May 2011 has been given a personality of its own with a complete design concept developed for the event. The design and logo will provide the final with a unique identity applied across a wide range of promotional applications, with the objective of helping promote the match and enhancing the prestige of one of the world's biggest sporting occasions.

The initial idea behind the creation of a visual identity for each final was to fashion a specific design giving a distinctive flavour of the host city. The event designs used for the last four UEFA Champions League finals can be obtained in high-resolution versions by emailing media@uefa.ch.

Media representatives wishing to attend the Wembley launch should inform The FA via email to anna.pitcher@thefa.com.
