Olympiacos FC will be deprived the services of Jean Makoun and Pablo Orbaiz away against Group F rivals Olympique de Marseille on Wednesday as the midfield duo have been ruled out with injury.

Cameroonian international Makoun is expected to be missing for six to eight weeks after suffering a partial tear of the medial collateral ligament in his left knee, while Orbaiz will be sidelined for up to two weeks with a groin complaint. Makoun will also sit out the matchday six home game against Arsenal FC on 6 December, with Olympiacos currently lying bottom of UEFA Champions League Group F, four points behind second-placed Marseille.
