The draws for the third qualifying rounds of the 2013/14 UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League will take place on Friday 19 July. The pairings for this stage of the two club competitions will be made during ceremonies to be held at UEFA's Nyon headquarters, starting at 12.00CET and 13.00CET respectively.

The draw ceremonies will be conducted by UEFA General Secretary Gianni Infantino and UEFA competitions director Giorgio Marchetti.

The draw for the champions route of the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round will contain 20 teams (three directly qualified and 17 second qualifying round pairings), who will be divided into two groups in each of which half of the teams or pairings will be seeded. The second qualifying round concludes on 23/24 July.

In the league path of the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round, five sides will be seeded and five unseeded, in accordance with the club rankings established at the beginning of the season.

A total of 58 teams will be involved in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League (18 directly qualified and 40 second qualifying round pairings); these will be split into four groups of 12 teams or pairings and one group of ten. In each group, an equal number of teams or pairings will be seeded and unseeded, in accordance with the club rankings (as above).

If any side in the second qualifying round has an individual coefficient that entitles them to be seeded in the third qualifying round, the winner of that club's second round match is automatically seeded for the third qualifying round draw. This applies to both competitions. The UEFA Europa League second qualifying round ends on 25 July. Teams from the same national association may not be drawn against each other.

The final list of participating clubs will be published on UEFA.com ahead of the draw.

Media representatives wishing to attend the draws should apply by emailing fame_accreditations@uefa.ch before midday on Thursday 18 July, mentioning 'Club draws' in the subject line.

Due to the high number of club representatives expected, only a restricted number of photographers and cameramen will be allowed to attend the draw in the auditorium, with access being granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The draws will be streamed live on UEFA.com.
