All-time European Cup honours board: Chelsea join two-time winners

Chelsea joined an elite band of clubs to have won the UEFA Champions League/European Cup on two or more occasions thanks to their 1-0 final victory over Manchester City.

In becoming the 13th multiple winners of the continental title, Chelsea also prevented City from being crowned the 23rd champions in the history of the competition.
