Diaby blow
Czech captain Rosický, 27, has been out since January with a hamstring problem that was initially expected to clear up in a matter of "days not weeks". However, Wenger admits that the "strange" injury means Rosický will not appear in any of Arsenal FC's remaining three Premier League games, alongside the suspended Aleksandr Hleb and Diaby. On the fringes of the France squad, the 21-year-old Diaby's hopes of a place in Austria and Switzerland appear over after he ruptured a tendon in his thigh in a reserve match on Monday and was ruled out for around eight weeks.
