Complications
The move to complete his transfer was complicated when Panathinaikos demanded a €1.5m fee, while Rangers insisted he should be a free agent. Having signed before tomorrow's deadline, Kyrgiakos is eligible to play in Rangers' UEFA Champions League Group H campaign against FC Internazionale Milano, FC Porto and FC Artmedia Bratislava.
