The 21-year-old, who is currently on loan at CU Bohemians Praha, will remain at the V Dolicku stadium until the end of the season before joining his new Sparta team-mates in the summer.
Head injury
Horák recently recovered from an accident which saw him clash heads with a team-mate during an indoor football tournament. The young defender was left unconscious after the incident, but he returned to full training on Wednesday after going for regular check-ups at a local hospital.
