Highlights: Sevilla 0-4 Chelsea (2 mins)

Chelsea made a statement of intent on Matchday 5 with a big result in Spain, inflicting Sevilla's heaviest home defeat in Europe; both sides had already secured progress from Group E, but the result ensured the Blues will finish top of the section. The hero of the hour for Frank Lampard's side was French striker Olivier Giroud, who scored all four goals, earning him a massive total of 20 #UCLfantasy points. Also in top form was goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, who recorded three saves and secured a well-earned fourth clean sheet for Chelsea in the group stage, which gave him a total of seven #UCLfantasy points.

Neymar led the way in Paris's victory over Manchester United, accruing 11 #UCLfantasy points in the process, while fellow Brazilian Marquinhos – often a popular choice in Fantasy circles – also found the net meaning the Paris captain has now accumulated 31 points over the course of the group stage despite missing out on Matchday 1. In the same group, Leipzig's 4-3 triumph away to İstanbul Başakşehir featured four different scorers for the Bundesliga side, whilst all of the hosts' goals came from forward İrfan Can Kahveci, who accumulated 20 points from the match. With a difficult trip to Paris on the horizon for the Turkish side on Matchday 6, it'll be interesting to see if any #UCLfantasy managers are tempted by such an ultra-differential option.

Meanwhile, Club Brugge dominated proceedings in Belgium, as the hosts beat Zenit 3-0, keeping themselves in with a chance of qualification for the knockout stage. It was their second triumph against the Russian side in Group F, with budget midfield option Charles De Ketelaere picking up 19 #UCLfantasy points over the course of those two fixtures. Also continuing to impress is Lazio's Ciro Immobile, whose seven points in his team's 1-1 draw away to Dortmund made it an impressive 29 points for the 30-year-old in the three matchdays in which he has featured for the Italian side.

Matchday 5 also brought clean sheets for both Barcelona and Juventus, who each ran out 3-0 against Ferencváros and Dynamo Kyiv respectively. With both sides having qualified for the knockout stage, the two European giants will face off at the Camp Nou on Matchday 6 to determine who advances as Group G winners. Cristiano Ronaldo got on the scoresheet against Dynamo and #UCLfantasy managers will be eagerly looking forward to a potential face-off against Barcelona's Lionel Messi, who has been rested on the last two matchdays.
