Highlights: Liverpool 2-0 Real Madrid

Goalkeepers

Both Matchday 6 goalkeepers come from Premier League teams. Caoimhin Kelleher (€4.6m) continues to deputise for the absent Alisson Becker and, after 27 points in Liverpool's last three fixtures – including 12 against Real Madrid on Matchday 5 – next faces a Girona side who have failed to score in three of their last four games in all competitions.

Should Kelleher not keep a clean sheet on Tuesday, attention will switch to David Raya (€5.6m), whose Arsenal side are at home to Monaco on Wednesday. The Spaniard's 28 points mean he ranks third among Fantasy goalkeepers, with six from each of his first two home games.

Highlights: Sporting CP 1-5 Arsenal

Defenders

Arsenal and Liverpool also provide defenders for the squad, although the selection process is not straightforward for either. Virgil van Dijk is perhaps the more reliable Liverpool option, but the attacking prowess of Trent Alexander-Arnold (€6.0m) means he is the pick, not least for his set-piece abilities; Jurriën Timber is also a contender from Arsenal but William Saliba (€5.5m) is the choice after goals in the last two Premier League matches.

Alejandro Grimaldo (€5.6m) is the top-scoring defender on the game with 41 points, 24 of them from his two home appearances, as Bayer Leverkusen take on Inter in Germany. Minejae Kim (€5.0m) has 36 points, 12 of them via ball recoveries, ahead of Bayern München's game at Shakhtar Donetsk while Willian Pacho (€4.7m) has proved a Paris Saint-Germain bargain, scoring five points in all of his last three games; the French champions visit a Salzburg side who have failed to score in seven of their most recent 14 fixtures in all competititons.

Highlights: Leverkusen 5-0 Salzburg

Midfielders

The three highest-scoring midfielders on Fantasy this season are all included again. Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz (€7.7m) leads the way on 57 points having scored double figures in three of his five appearances; Raphinha (€7.7m) is only four points behind as Barcelona go to Borussia Dortmund. Malik Tillman (€7.1m) is on 45 points with 36 from the last two matchdays; his PSV Eindhoven side are away at Brest.

Not many players can match the form of Mohamed Salah (€10.1m), who has scored in his last seven Premier League appearances, including two at Newcastle in his most recent. Jamal Musiala (€9.0m) has nine goals in his last ten Bayern appearances and a goal and two assists from his four Champions League outings.

Highlights: Stuttgart 0-2 Atalanta

Forwards

With Harry Kane and Vinícius Júnior injured and Erling Haaland enduring a relatively lean time by his unmatchable standards, there is an opportunity for budget selections up front. Mateo Retegui (€5.3m) belies his price tag to be the top scorer in Serie A with 12 goals, and is looking to add to his first two Champions League strikes on Matchday 5.

Julián Alvarez (€8.0m) has three goals in this season's Champions League and four in his last four Atlético de Madrid appearances ahead of a home game against Slovan Bratislava; Viktor Gyökeres (€7.8m) scored for the first time in three appearances on Thursday but nevertheless has 34 goals in 28 games for club and country this season, with Sporting CP at Club Brugge on Tuesday.
