Brand identity unveiled for 2025 UEFA Champions League final in Munich

The brand identity for the UEFA Champions League final in Munich has been revealed as the debut season of the 36-team league phase comes to a thrilling conclusion on Wednesday, and the competition nears the new knockout phase.

Brought to life by local artist Miriam Ganser, the eclectic design represents Munich's identity and spirit, incorporating a range of local landmarks and abstract expressions to capture the vibrant, creative energy of the city.

Traditional Bavarian patterns and the chestnut trees that Munich is known for have been incorporated into the design, along with the Monopteros pavilion in the city's English Garden, the Bavaria Statue, the Frauenkirche, the Volkstheater and the Fruit Wholesale Market Halls.

The most iconic trophy in club football remains at the centre, incorporating the vibrant colour palette of the final identity, making it a distinctive and unique asset.

In the lead-up to the final – which will take place at the Munich Football Arena on Saturday 31 May – the branding will be prominent throughout the host city, at the showpiece venue, on UEFA.com and on promotional material.
