Who should be my Champions League Fantasy Football captain for Matchday 10?

With a quick turnaround for the second legs of the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League knockout phase play-offs, Harry Kane, Vangelis Pavlidis, Vinícius Júnior and Ousmane Dembélé all produced attacking returns on Matchday 9 and could once again prove lucrative on #UCLfantasy, presented by Playstation.

Pick your Fantasy captain for Matchday 10
Highlights: Celtic 1-2 Bayern München

TUESDAY 18 FEBRUARY

Harry Kane (€10.7m) vs Celtic (H)

On Matchday 9 Kane made it 29 goals in 29 games in all competitions for Bayern this season, scoring the Bundesliga side's second goal in their 2-1 defeat of Celtic in Glasgow. Now on seven Champions League goals for the season, the 31-year-old has surpassed the 50-point mark for the campaign and is the joint-highest owned Fantasy forward at the time of writing.

Vangelis Pavlidis (€6.5m) vs Monaco (H)

Scorer of the only goal against Monaco on Matchday 9, Pavlidis has become an excellent budget option for the small percentage of Fantasy managers who have invested in him so far. The Benfica striker has struck six times in the Champions League, five of those coming in the last three matchdays. No other Fantasy forward can match the 36 points he has accumulated over that period, while in all competitions the Greek international has scored eight goals in his last five starts.

Other options: Santiago Giménez (€6.5m), Michael Olise (€6.7m), Mateo Retegui (€5.5m)

Highlights: Man City 2-3 Real Madrid

WEDNESDAY 19 FEBRUARY

Vinícius Júnior (€11.2m) vs Manchester City (H)

Vinícius Júnior rewarded his Fantasy ownership of 24% with 11 points thanks to a pair of assists and the Player of the Match award in the 3-2 win at Manchester City. Now on 61 points for the season, second only to Serhou Guirassy among forwards despite not featuring in two of Real Madrid's games, the Brazilian has averaged 11.4 Fantasy points per game over the course of his last five matches and now has two goals and five assists in eight career appearances against City.

Ousmane Dembélé (€8.4m) vs Brest (H)

Dembélé's ownership increased significantly in the run-up to Matchday 9, and after his 13-point return in the first leg, that percentage could rise even further ahead of the Matchday 10 deadline. The Frenchman made it seven goals in Paris Saint-Germain's three meetings this season with fellow French side Brest in the first leg and has struck 15 times scored in 2025 alone, meaning it would take a brave Fantasy manager to go against Dembélé in such sensational scoring form.

Other options: Serhou Guirassy (€8.0m), Erling Haaland (€11.0m), Igor Paixão (€6.7m)
