There was plenty for Fantasy managers to reflect on after the first legs of the UEFA Champions League semi-finals, with nine players securing seven points or more.
UEFA.com breaks down those top-performing assets on #UCLfantasy, presented by Playstation.
GOALKEEPERS
Only one of the four goalkeepers managed a clean sheet. Gianluigi Donnarumma (€5.8m) registered five crucial saves as Paris Saint-Germain left Arsenal with a 1-0 win. The Italian picked up seven Fantasy points, four more than the second-highest scoring goalkeeper on Matchday 15.
Although he failed to keep a clean sheet, David Raya (€5.6m) ensured that the gap between Arsenal and Paris remained at just one goal. In 12 appearances in this season's Champions League, the Spaniard has conceded just seven goals and remains comfortably the most popular Fantasy player in his position.
No goalkeeper made more saves on Matchday 15 than Yann Sommer (€5.5m). The 36-year-old did score an unfortunate own goal but also managed eight saves as Inter played out a remarkable 3-3 draw at Barcelona.
DEFENDERS
Returning to the Inter side after missing the quarter-finals through injury, Denzel Dumfries (€5.5m) was the standout Fantasy performer in the first leg, the Dutchman's attacking potency from set pieces reaping rewards as he scored twice from corners having also set up Inter's first goal. Three attacking returns led to Dumfries being named Player of the Match and accumulating a massive 19-point haul, by far the most on Matchday 15.
Once again, Paris pair Achraf Hakimi (€5.7m) and Nuno Mendes (€6.0m) delivered for their Fantasy owners. They were both part of a back line that recorded their fourth clean sheet in the knockout stage, Mendes' eight ball recoveries helping him pick up eight points while Hakimi returned five. The duo now have a combined 200 Fantasy points across the competition so far.
Each of Paris' starting defenders benefitted from shutting Arsenal out on Tuesday, Willian Pacho (€5.0m) matching Nuno Mendes' eight-point score and Marquinhos (€5.6m) gaining six points of his own.
MIDFIELDERS
Once again, Fantasy managers profited handsomely when it came to midfielders, with seven managing six or more points. The two highest-owned players were both among the attacking returns, Lamine Yamal (€7.4m) scoring for Barcelona and Raphinha (€7.9m) providing two assists. The latter now has now 21 Champions League goal involvements this season and 130 Fantasy points.
Ousmane Dembélé (€8.6m) extended his Fantasy score during the knockout stage to 47 points following his eighth goal of the competition against Arsenal, helping him to a Matchday 15 score of eight points. Team-mate Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (€7.6m) gave the assist for Dembélé's goal, his fourth attacking return in the Champions League since joining Paris.
The third midfielder on the scoresheet on Matchday 15 was Barcelona's Ferran Torres (€6.7m). Deputising as a forward in the absence of Robert Lewandowski, Torres registered his third goal in four appearances in all competitions, earning seven points. Both Vitinha (€7.3m) of Paris, named Player of the Match against Arsenal, and Inter's Hakan Çalhanoğlu (€7.0m) managed six points.
FORWARDS
Lautaro Martínez (€9.4m) came into Matchday 15 as the highest-owned starting forward with Lewandowski out injured, but the Inter captain was himself forced off through injury at half-time having not registered an attacking return in a European game he had started for the first time since Matchday 6.
However, club-mate Marcus Thuram (€7.6m) was among the goals, opening the scoring after just 30 seconds with a wonderful flicked finish. The Frenchman now has three goals, an assist and 29 points in five knockout stage appearances following his six-point score on Wednesday.
Aside from Thuram, no other Fantasy forward was on the scoresheet in either first leg, although Paris starlet Désiré Doué (€4.9m) was denied only by a brilliant Raya save.
