Napoli and Eintracht Frankfurt are level on three points ahead of their meeting in southern Italy on UEFA Champions League Matchday 4.

The teams have met four times with both claiming two victories. Frankfurt won 1-0 both home and away in the 1994/95 UEFA Cup third round, Napoli turning the tables in the 2022/23 Champions League round of 16. Giovanni Di Lorenzo scored the second goal in a 2-0 first-leg success in Germany before a 3-0 victory in Naples, Victor Osimhen getting three of Napoli's five goals in the tie.
