Nine players managed to record 12 Fantasy points or more on UEFA Champions League Matchday 4 while 15 players reached a double-figure score on #UCLfantasy, presented by PlayStation.
GOALKEEPERS
Eleven goalkeepers managed clean sheets on Matchday 4, eight finishing as joint-top scorers on seven points. Newcastle's Nick Pope (€5.1m), Tottenham's Guglielmo Vicario (€5.0m) and Marco Carnesecchi (€4.6m) of Atalanta each registered a second shutout in as many matchdays, Pope having not conceded since Matchday 1 against Barcelona.
Both Pope and Vicario have now earned 26 points in the league phase, one more than Arsenal's David Raya (€5.5m) who is on 25 points following a six-point score on Matchday 4. Raya is still to concede a Champions League goal this season.
Though Gerónimo Rulli (€4.6m) could not prevent Marseille from losing 1-0 against Atalanta, his penalty save ensured a healthy Fantasy return of six points, a total matched by premium-priced Manuel Neuer (€6.0m). The experienced German was named Player of the Match after making eight saves in Bayern München's 2-1 win at reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain.
DEFENDERS
Unlike Matchday 3, most high-priced defenders did not prove to be as lucrative from a Fantasy perspective with the biggest returns coming from lower-value players. The most notable of those was Dutch centre-back Derrick Luckassen (€4.7m), whose goal led to Pafos' first-ever league phase victory; after nine ball recoveries and a clean sheet, Luckassen ended Matchday 4 with 17 points.
No defender matched Luckassen's tally, the closest Inter's Carlos Augusto (€4.4m) who scored the decisive goal from outside the box in a 2-1 win against Kairat Almaty. Augusto made seven ball recoveries and was named Player of the Match, producing 14 Fantasy points.
Two Premier League defenders were also on the scoresheet, Newcastle's Dan Burn (€4.8m) and Micky van de Ven (€5.0m) of Tottenham. A memorable solo strike helped the latter accumulate 12 points – one less than Burn, whose five ball recoveries separated the pair.
MIDFIELDERS
Often a lucrative Fantasy pick, Phil Foden (€7.9m) proved to be a differential diamond on Matchday 4, scoring twice from outside the box and winning Player of the Match as Manchester City overcame Dortmund 4-1. Foden's 17 points were unmatched among midfielders and made it 26 in two home league phase games.
Mikel Merino (€6.4m) made the most of his chance in Arsenal's starting line-up, scoring twice at Slavia Praha and recording 16 Fantasy points. Team-mate Bukayo Saka (€9.5m) was also on the scoresheet, his penalty earning nine points.
Liverpool's Alexis Mac Allister (€6.3m) was Player of the Match having got the only goal against Real Madrid at Anfield, enough for 11 Fantasy points. Brazilian youngster Estêvão Willian (€5.9m) registered his second Champions League goal for Chelsea and first double-figure Fantasy score, finishing with ten points against Qarabağ.
FORWARDS
For the second matchday running, Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen (€7.7m) showed why he warrants a place in Fantasy teams, this time scoring three times in a win away at Ajax, his first Champions League hat-trick and the first from a Nigerian player since Yakubu Ayegbeni in 2002. Osimhen now has six goals in three league phase appearances this season and leads the scoring charts.
Erling Haaland (€10.7m) got Champions League goal No54 against Dortmund, maintaining his record of scoring at least once in all four of Manchester City's league phase matches in 2025/26. Haaland is yet to register a Fantasy score of less than six points this season and boasts 31 overall.
Atlético de Madrid's Julián Alvarez (€9.1m) now has four goal involvements in two home European fixtures this season after scoring in a 3-1 win against Union Saint-Gilloise. However, his six points were exceeded by Folarin Balogun (€6.0m) of Monaco and Club Brugge's Carlos Forbs (€5.5m), as well as Osimhen. Balogun picked up nine points after his winning goal and Player of the Match award against Bodø/Glimt, while Forbs accumulated 16 with two goals and an assist in Club Brugge's 3-3 draw at home to Barcelona.
