Champions League Fantasy Football: Scout notes 17 March

The Scout notes offer guidance to managers on UCL Fantasy, presented by PlayStation, ahead of the conclusion of the UEFA Champions League round of 16 on Matchday 12.

Fantasy decisions

• The Matchday 12 deadline is 18:45 CET – the kick-off time for Sporting CP vs Bodø/Glimt.

• There are three free transfers available to all Fantasy managers ahead of Matchday 12.

• Fantasy bosses should ensure that any players they own who are in action on Tuesday are in their starting line-up, rather than on the bench.

• Matchday 12 will take place over two days, meaning there will be two opportunities to select a high-performing captain.

• For transfer decisions, it may be wise to focus on teams who are well-placed to progress, as it could minimise the need to remove eliminated players in future matchdays.
