Miccoli loaned back to Benfica

The 27-year-old former Italian international forward Fabrizio Miccoli will spend a second season on loan at SL Benfica from Juventus.

Loan ranger
The 27-year-old former Italian international moved to the Stadio Delle Alpi from AC Perugia in 2003, but has been loaned out in each of the last two campaigns. He scored 12 times in 35 Serie A matches for ACF Fiorentina in 2004/05 before, last term, registering four goals in 17 Portuguese Liga games and appearing in six UEFA Champions League ties with Benfica.
