💯 All tickets are mobile tickets and delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app.
📱 Make sure you have the app on your phone in order to download your ticket. Once logged into one phone, you will not be able to access your tickets from another phone. Account sharing is not possible.
🔀 If you have multiple tickets, remember to transfer them before you leave for Bilbao. A transfer after entering the stadium security perimeter is not possible.

Entry requirements from the United Kingdom 🛂

If you’re travelling directly from England, you will need your passport to enter Spain. If you're travelling on a different passport, you may need a visa to enter Spain.

Arriving by charter flight? ✈️

If you’re travelling from England, you’ll likely arrive at Vitoria airport. Remember to travel light without check-in luggage and don’t bring a bag larger than A4 size as it won’t be allowed inside the stadium.

Also, make sure you already have your return boarding pass downloaded to help speed your departure after the match.

🎉 Tottenham Hotspur Fan Meeting Point

Head to the dedicated Tottenham Hotspur Fan Meeting Point in Ametzola, where Paul Coyte will be hosting the countdown to kick-off with plenty of entertainment to enjoy - including live music, a DJ, interviews with Club legends, Chirpy and Lily, and exclusive giveaways. Refreshment kiosks will also be selling food and drink throughout the day.

🌃 Post-match: The Fan Meeting Point including concessions and facilities will be open after the match for ticket holders to wait for their return journey home.

Facilities 

🎒 A bag deposit service will be available for €6 per item (card payments only). If you are boarding a post-match bus service for your return charter flight from Vitoria airport, please allow sufficient time to collect the item. However, it's best to not bring a large bag at all!

🍟 You'll find multiple food and drink stands where you can grab a tasty snack or a cold beer.

🔋 Phone charging facilities will be available. Remember you can take a small power bank into the stadium, as long as it's no larger than your phone.

🚶 Getting to the stadium

You must use blue route (as indicated on your mobile ticket) for your stadium entry.

🔔 San Mamés Stadium gates open at 18:00

Make your way to the stadium from 3 hours before kick-off to allow sufficient time for security and ticket checks.

Use Av. del Ferrocarril then take Sabino Arana Etorbidea when you reach the junction. Here, you will begin your ticket and security checks.

➡️ From the city centre

You must approach the stadium using Urkixo Zumarkalea or Simón Bolivar Kalea as you can only use the blue route to begin ticket and security checks.

Flags and banners 🏴

All flags and banners must be pre-approved if they are over 2 x 1.5m in size.

The deadline for requesting oversized flags and banners has now passed.

Even if you are regular visitor to the stadium, keep in mind that it may operate differently for the UEFA Europa League final 2025 and rules may be different from what you are used to.

🎒Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed in the stadium.

🪪 Make sure you carry valid original ID with you. Accepted IDs: passports, national ID cards and driving licences.

🚭 San Mamés stadium will be smoke-free. Therefore smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping and heat-not-burn tobacco products are not allowed.

🙅 No alcohol sales at the stadium.

🌃 Post-match

With a 21:00 kick-off and the trophy ceremony after the final, you can expect the celebrations to conclude around 23:30. If there’s extra time or penalties, the action on the pitch could continue until 00:15. As you know, football is unpredictable, and things can always change.

⚠️ Plan your post match journey in advance and pay attention to timings

Leaving the stadium may take longer than you anticipate so ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your entire return journey.

Supporters on charter flights ✈️

Dedicated buses to Vitoria airport for return flights will depart from Autonomia (close to the Fan Meeting Point).

More information on bus operations will be made available through a dedicated website and communicated at the Fan Meeting Point.

The Fan Meeting Point will reopen after the match with food and drink stands and facilities open should you have a wait before your departure.

Supporters on commercial flights 🛫

Supporters using Park + Ride 🚗

Metro services will be extended after the match to allow you to return to Park + Ride locations. Metro services will be extended until 03:00 to help supporters with their onward journey after the match.

Supporters staying in the city centre 🏨

Once the match is over, walking is the most effective way for you to reach your accommodation. Metro services will be extended until 03:00 to help supporters with their onward journey after the match.
