Toulouse lose Cetto for group stage

Toulouse FC captain Mauro Cetto expects to miss the UEFA Europa League group stage after breaking his collarbone on the eve of the French club's opening victory against FK Partizan.

The 27-year-old Argentinian was initially ruled out for "several weeks" after his injury, sustained in training on Wednesday, was diagnosed. Toulouse have since confirmed, however, that the player will undergo surgery on Monday and could face a lengthy lay-off. "It's more complicated than first thought," Cetto said. "It'll be at least three months before I can play again. I am disappointed because there are some great matches to play."
