Moldova round-up: Zimbru defeat city rivals

FC Zimbru Chisinau celebrated a derby victory against city rivals FC Dacia Chisinau, as FC Sheriff Tiraspol also won in Moldova on Wednesday.

Comeback win
Alexandru Golban gave Dacia a surprise lead on eight minutes, but Zimbru were quick to restore order as Viorel Frunza, Vladimir Shishelov and Boris Cebotari scored to earn a 3-1 victory for their club.

Ivanov and Tudor score
Sheriff, meanwhile, experienced no problems against FC Agro Chisinau, as Stanislav Ivanov and Cristian Tudor scored a goal each in a 2-0 win.

Comfortable victories
Elsewhere, FC Nistru Otaci finally recorded a victory as they beat outsiders FC Politecnica Chisinau 3-0, Alexndr Tkaciuc, Andrei Matiura and Igor Sumilo scoring goals, while FC Tiraspol overcame FC Hîncesti 4-0, Moldovan Under-21 forwards Alexandru Radcenco and Serghey Dadu claiming two each.
