With six teams already through to the knockout phase, Juventus looking to protect the best defensive record and Manchester United FC making a habit of scoring late, we check out the facts and figures ahead of Matchday 5.

100 Bojan Krkić, 19, became the youngest FC Barcelona player to reach 100 competitive appearances for the club when he was brought on as a 76th-minute substitute against Athletic Club on Saturday. At 20 years and eight months, Lionel Messi had been the previous youngest player to reach the century mark.

329 Xavi Hernández moved second on the all-time league appearances list for Barcelona when he contested his 329th Liga encounter for the Catalan side against Athletic Club. The match in Bilbao took him one ahead of Carles Rexach, with Migueli topping the standings on 391.
