Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 39th Real Madrid hat-trick as the Merengues defeated Atlético 3-0, while Borussia Dortmund beat Bayern München and Arsenal struck late to hold Manchester United.

Olivier Giroud's late header ensured Arsenal remain unbeaten since the opening day of the season, a run of 17 games in all competitions.

Paris Saint-Germain 2-0 Nantes (Di María 13, Jesé 90pen)
Paris are nine games unbeaten in all competitions, winning eight, Ángel Di María opening the scoring with his first Ligue 1 strike of the campaign.

Basel 6-0 Vaduz (Doumbia 10 51, Elyounoussi 19, Lang 74, Bjarnason 77, Callà 90)
Runaway Swiss Super League leaders Basel are undefeated in 18 domestic fixtures this season following their biggest win since April.

Ludogorets Razgrad 1-0 Beroe Stara Zagora (Jonathan Cafú 70)
Having won 2-0 in Stara Zagora on Wednesday to go three points clear at the summit, Ludogorets cemented top spot courtesy of Jonathan Cafú's second-half effort. They are 14 games unbeaten in domestic competition.

Lorenzo Insigne scored his first goals since April as Napoli picked up only their third win in nine matches in all competitions.

Sergio Busquets made his 400th appearance for Barcelona as Luis Enrique's men were held to a goalless draw – against opponents who ended the game with nine men – for the first time since 2 January. Lionel Messi missed out due to illness.


Crystal Palace 1-2 Manchester City (Wickham 66; Touré 39 83)
After a run of six games without a win in all competitions, City have now triumphed in three of their last four outings. Yaya Touré scored both goals in his first Premier League appearance of the season.

Borussia Mönchengladbach 1-2 Köln (Stindl 32; Modeste 59, Risse 90+1)
Though the Foals scored for the first time in six Bundesliga fixtures on Saturday, they nevertheless lost 2-1 to Köln and are without a win in four in all competitions.

Kilmarnock 0-1 Celtic(Armstrong 44)
The Scottish champions have kept six successive clean sheets – and not conceded in 598 minutes – in domestic matches. They have also won all seven league games in which Stuart Armstrong has scored since he signed in January 2015.

Dortmund beat Bayern for the first time in eight attempts, joint-top Bundesliga scorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang making the difference with his 12th top-flight effort this term.

PSV failed to score for the first time since September and are now without a win in their last three outings in all competitions.

Radamel Falcao struck a minute after coming off the bench to set Monaco on their way to a third consecutive win – scoring 12 goals – and clean sheet. Falcao's goal was his fifth in three Monaco outings while Thomas Lemar scored three days after making his debut for France.

Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 West Ham United (Winks 51, Kane 89 90+1pen; Antonio 24, Lanzini 68pen)
Spurs were seven matches without a win, and had scored only three goals – all of them spot kicks – in six matches before this remarkable turnaround. Harry Kane had not scored more than one in a single game since April.

Bayer Leverkusen 2-3 Leipzig (Kampl 1, Brandt 45+2; Baumgartlinger og 4, Forsberg 67, Orban 81)
Julian Brandt set up the first, scored the second and won a 54th-minute penalty that Hakan Çalhanoğlu had saved as Leverkusen's three-match winning streak in all competitions ended.

CSKA ended runs of five matches without a victory and five consecutive away defeats in all competitions thanks to Georgi Milanov's first-half free-kick.

Bayern were eight matches unbeaten in all competitions prior to Saturday's trip to Dortmund. This was their first Bundesliga loss in 21 Bundesliga fixtures, a run dating back to March.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 39th Madrid hat-trick – and now has 17 goals in 16 appearances for club and country this term – as Zinédine Zidane's Liga leaders extended their unbeaten run in all competitions to 29 games.

Club Brugge won and scored away from home for the first time in five outings in all competitions thanks to Jelle Vossen's last-gasp penalty.

The Bianconeri kept their first clean sheet in six outings as they racked up a tenth win in their last 12 matches in all competitions.

Sevilla bounced back from their first defeat in seven games in all competitions – 2-1 at home to Barcelona a fortnight ago – courtesy of Gabriel Mercado's last-gasp winner.

Lyon won a third consecutive league game for the first time this season though they were severely tested even after Younousse Sankharé's 55th-minute red card for the hosts.

The hosts' run of four straight league triumphs without conceding came to an end as they surrendered the advantage provided by Junior Fernandes's fifth league goal of the season.
