SC Braga have recruited two Brazilian players as they prepare for their UEFA Champions League play-off with Sevilla FC.

Arriving at last season's Portuguese Liga runners-up on 12-month loan deals are 25-year-old forward Élton from CR Vasco da Gama and SC Corinthians Paulista goalkeeper Felipe, 26. Élton previously played in Europe in 2006 with Legia Warszawa while Felipe, who helped Brazil win the 2001 CONMEBOL South American Under-17 Championship, has been with Corinthians for three years, lifting the 2009 Brazil Cup.

Both have passed medicals to take Braga's total of summer signings into double figures after the capture of Quim, Lima, Hélder Barbosa, Léo Fortunato, Eduardo, Ladji Keita, José Collado, Uwa Echiéjilé and Leandro Salino. Braga aim to earn a UEFA Champions League group stage debut when they play Sevilla on 18 and 24 August.
