FC Porto defenders Diogo Valente and Ezequias have both been loaned out for the rest of the season, to CS Marítimo and SC Beira-Mar respectively.
UEFA Champions League contenders FC Porto have announced loan deals that will see left-back Diogo Valente move to CS Marítimo and Brazilian defender Ezequias go to SC Beira-Mar until the end of the season.
Both 22-year-old Valente and 25-year-old Ezequias have only appeared once for Porto this season since signing in the summer from Boavista FC and A. Académica de Coimbra respectively.
Meanwhile, the Portuguese league leaders have handed a new contract to Portuguese Under-21 international Vieirinha, with the winger signing a deal that keeps him at the club until 2010. The 20-year-old and his team-mates returned to training today following the winter break.
