The Stadio Città del Tricolore in Reggio Emilia has been confirmed as the venue for the final of the 2015/16 UEFA Women's Champions League.

The current home of Serie A side US Sassuolo Calcio, as well as Lega Pro club AC Reggiana 1919, will stage the final on 26 May 2016 – two days before next season's UEFA Champions League concludes in Milan.

The 21,500-capacity stadium was built in 1995 in the northern Italian city, and hosted a EURO '96 qualifier against Lithuania as well as two games in the Azzurrini's 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Championship campaign, including the decisive 3-1 play-off defeat of Slovakia.

This year's final will be held at the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark in Berlin on Thursday 14 May. The quarter-finals are on the last two weekends of March.
