Alidou and Martinez pick up Player of the Match awards

Benfica's Marie Alidou and Frankfurt forward Shekiera Martinez impressed in Wednesday's late kick-offs, joining the list of talents to be named the official Player of the Match after UEFA Women's Champions League games this season.

UEFA is naming a Player of the Match after every 2023/24 UEFA Women's Champions League game to recognise the key performers in Europe's top female club competition.
