Richard Nuñez struck the opener on ten minutes and the title chasers never looked back. Pascal Castillo and Ricardo Cabanas both added goals in the first seven minutes of the second half and Cabanas made it four with two minutes remaining.

FC Basel are still in touch after a thrilling 5-4 win against FC Wil 1900. Basel were three ahead by the 25-minute mark, a Benjamin Huggel double sandwiching a Sébastian Barberis strike. Dusan Pavlovic and Fabinho pulled goals back before the break, and three minutes into the second half Mauro Lustrinelli equalised. However, Antonio Esposito quickly restored Basel's lead and Christian Giménez made it 5-3 on 64 minutes. Massimo Rizzo scored Wil's fourth 16 minutes from time.

Thun claim victory
Basel's Swiss Cup final opponents Neuchâtel Xamax FC lost 2-1 at FC Thun. Alexander Rey have the visitors a 23rd-minute lead, but Marco Streller goals either side of half-time turned the match.

Keita hat-trick
FC Zürich dented BSC Young Boys' ambitions of a third-place finish with a 4-2 victory. Alhassane Keita scored twice in the first 14 minutes and Francisco Guerrero made it 3-0 midway through the first half. Gürkan Sermester and Joel Magnin pulled goals back either side of the break, but Keita completed his hat-trick on 76 minutes to complete the win.
