FC Nistru Otaci edged a thrilling encounter against FC Dacia Chisinau, while FC Agro Chisinau upset FC Tiraspol in Divzia Nationala at the weekend.

Matiura winner
Dacia took a lead through Andrei Martin on 54 minutes, but the last ten minutes of the game proved to be a dramatic finale. First, Serghey Ianchuk and Lilian Popescu put Nistru ahead, before Cornel Popov equalized for Dacia. With time seemingly up, Andrei Matiura, son of Nistru coach Alexandru Matiura, scored a winning goal deep into added time.

Easy for Agro
Meanwhile, Agro, who had only scored three goals during the first half of the season, surprised FC Tiraspol with a stunning 3-0 victory. Andrei Donici, Serghey Baran and Serghey Belous hit the goals as the Chisinau side overcame ten-man Tiraspol. Radu Talpa was sent off on 27 minutes, and Tiraspol wasted their best chance to get back into the match when Serghey Dadu missed a penalty on 45 minutes.

Leaders win again
The leaders, meanwhile, experienced few problems in this round, as FC Sheriff Tiraspol beat FC Politechnic Chisinau 3-0, Vadim Boret scoring a double to add to a goal by Andriy Nesteruk. In the weekend's other match, FC Zimbru Chisinau overcame FC Hîncesti 2-0.
