Following FC Bayern München's triumph, UEFA.com brings you the best of our season-long series of exclusive photographs from a memorable UEFA Champions League campaign.

It has been another memorable UEFA Champions League season – and UEFA.com has brought you all the best photographs.

Real Madrid CF's thrilling win against Manchester City FC on matchday one kicked off a remarkable group stage which included FC BATE Borisov's defeat of FC Bayern München, Celtic FC overcoming FC Barcelona, and Chelsea FC becoming the first holders to fall at the first hurdle in the UEFA Champions League era.

There was no let-up in the drama in the knockout rounds, right through to Bayern München's final triumph at Wembley, with heavyweight contests between Madrid and Manchester United FC, and Barcelona and AC Milan in the round of 16.
