Warsaw's National Stadium in Poland will stage the 2026/27 UEFA Women's Champions League final in May 2027.

The 2026/27 UEFA Women's Champions League season will conclude with the final held at National Stadium in Warsaw, Poland, in May 2027.

It will be the first UEFA women's club competition decider to be played in Poland.

Where is the 2027 Women's Champions League final?

The showpiece of the competition's 26th edition will be played at Warsaw's National Stadium. The venue opened ahead of men's UEFA EURO 2012, during which it staged five games including the opening match and a semi-final.

The National Stadium has hosted many other major events since, including the 2015 UEFA Europa League final and 2024 UEFA Super Cup, and is the regular home of the Poland men's national team.

When is the final?

The final will take place on 28, 29 or 30 May 2027.

Will there be extra time and penalties in the Women's Champions League final?

If scores are level at the end of normal time, two 15-minute periods of extra time will be played. If one of the teams scores more goals than the other during extra time, that team are declared the winners. If scores remain level after extra time, the winners are determined by a penalty shoot-out.

What do the winners receive?

The Women's Champions League trophy is 60cm in height, 10kg in weight and made of sterling silver. Its spiralling arms and the central body symbolise dynamism and strength.

The 2026/27 winners also gain a place in the league phase of the 2027/28 UEFA Women's Champions League.

History of Warsaw's National Stadium

• The stadium opened in January 2012, ahead of UEFA EURO 2012, and staged the tournament's opening game, which co-hosts Poland drew 1-1 with EURO 2004 winners Greece. The venue also hosted two further group matches, the quarter-final between Portugal and Czechia and the semi-final between Germany and eventual runners-up Italy.

• Sevilla won their fourth UEFA Europa League title by winning the 2015 final and Real Madrid beat Atalanta 2-0 in the 2024 UEFA Super Cup in two of the major events the National Stadium has hosted.

• Located on the eastern banks of the Vistula in the district of Praga Poludnie, the stadium's red-and-white facade resembles a waving Polish flag. It was designed by JSK Architekci, the company behind the Municipal Stadium Wroclaw.

• The National Stadium is on the site of the former Tenth Anniversary Stadium.

2027 UEFA Champions League final: Estadio Metropolitano in Madrid, Spain, on Saturday 5 June
The two-legged 2027 Women's Europa Cup final will be played across two legs, with the first leg held on 1 or 2 May and the second leg on 8 or 9 May. The two finalists will host a leg each.
