The two bottom-ranked runners-up qualify for the home-and-away play-off that will determine the last qualified team.

Competition regulations

Qualifying for UEFA Women's Futsal EURO 2027 will be in three stages: main round, elite round and play-off. Croatia automatically qualify for the final tournament at Arena Gradski Vrt in Osijek as hosts.

The qualifying draw covered both the main and elite rounds. Of the 23 qualifying entrants, each participating association starts the competition according to the UEFA Women's National Futsal Team Coefficient Rankings.

The 12 lowest-ranked associations begin the competition in the main round (running from 17 to 22 March 2026) and were drawn into three groups of four teams. The remaining 11 enter in the elite round (running from 6 to 11 October 2026), joined by five qualifiers from the preliminary round.

Six teams will qualify from the elite round to join Croatia in the finals, with one more to emerge from a two-nation play-off in November 2026. Spain will aim to defend the title having won the first three editions in 2019, 2022 and 2023.
