Player of the Match
The UEFA technical observer panel at each fixture decides the Player of the Match, with an official trophy handed to the chosen player after full time.
Player of the Week
A shortlist is drawn together based on the Player of the Match winners and is decided by a fan vote.
Goal of the Week
A shortlist is drawn by the Technical Observer panel and is decided by a fan vote.
Player of the Season/Tournament
Selected by UEFA's technical observer panel based on performances across the campaign.

UEFA Player of the Year
For the men’s and women’s player award, an initial shortlist of players is selected by the UEFA technical study group, based on their performance during the season at both club and national team level. A select group of coaches and journalists then vote on the nominees until a top three, and eventual winner, are identified.
Goal of the Season/Tournament
A ten-goal shortlist is put together by UEFA's technical observers, who whittle the contenders down until they have picked an outright winner.
