Our aim is to make the Champions League final fully accessible for everyone and create a diverse and inclusive environment to meet the needs of football fans.
This page will provide the key details to help with your planning. Check back regularly for updates.

Ticket holders must use the KEEP button to complete personal details. This information may be required to facilitate ID checks at the stadium.
🔀 If you have multiple tickets, transfer them to your guests.
🚨 If you don't transfer additional tickets, you must use the KEEP button and complete your guest(s) details. You will need to arrive at the stadium together.
🗺️ Getting to Budapest
If you require additional assistance, make sure you inform your airline in advance of the kind of support you need.
Visit the accessibility page on the Budapest Airport website for information on services available on arrival and departure. It is best to do this at least 48 hours before you start your journey to allow plenty of time for arrangements to be made.
Alternative airports to consider are:

- Bratislava Airport, Slovakia [BTS]
- Košice International Airport, Slovakia [KSC]

🧭 Getting to the stadium
🆓 Free matchday travel in Budapest for ticket holders from Friday 29 May to Sunday 31 May.
Ticket holders can take advantage of free travel on all public transport (trams, metro and buses) in Budapest city, including:
- Metro lines 1, 2, 3, 4
- Tram line 1
- Champions Express: A matchday bus service from BUD Airport to the Fan Meeting Points
- 200E & 100E regular bus service between airport and city
- Train service between Nyugati Railway station and Ferihegy Railway stop.

Please be prepared to present your match ticket to public transport staff upon request. Free travel is valid during the operational hours of each service.
🚇 M3 and M4 lines are fully accessible with all stations providing step-free access. However, M2 is not fully accessible from the city centre to the stadium.
🚋 All stops on T1 are step-free with additional low-floor access points. Please note that low-floor vehicles are not available on every T1 service.
💡 The following routes are recommended for fans with accessibility requirements.
- From the city centre: Take M3 to Kálvin Tér station to then transfer to M4 for Keleti station. Distance from stadium entrance: 1km.
- From the airport:
- 🔴Red route: Take the Champions Express bus service from T1 at BUD Airport to the Fan Meeting Point. From here, a shuttle service will operate between Fan Meeting Point and a red stadium entrance.
- 🔵 Blue route: Take the Champions Express bus service from BUD Airport to the Fan Meeting Point. Or, take a regular airport bus service into the city centre and use either M2 or M4 to Keleti station. The stadium is approx. 1km away.
For the UEFA Champions League final, there is no public parking at the stadium. However a limited number of spaces are available for fans with accessible needs. Parking passes should be requested during the ticket purchase process and are subject to availability.
If you received a parking pass, we recommend printing it and scanning the QR code for directions to your assigned car park (P5).
Taxi drop-off points for ticket holders with accessibility requirements will be located outside the stadium’s security perimeter. Please use one of the following locations: Egressy St.; Keleti Train Station; or Arena Mall.
🏟️ Stadium accessibility
A dedicated team of accessibility volunteers will be available at the Puskás Aréna to help you feel comfortable, supported and able to enjoy the match to the fullest.
These volunteers can be easily identified by their special bibs, which feature an accessibility sign (the wheelchair icon). If you need support or have a question, please feel free to approach them at any time.
ℹ️ Keep in mind that the Puskás Aréna may operate differently for the Champions League final to usual matchdays at the venue.
All tickets will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. Out ticketing team will provide updates by email in the lead up to the final.
There are two types of accessibility tickets – Wheelchair User and Easy Access (for spectators with limited mobility). A complimentary companion ticket can be added to your order during the ticket payment window. Please transfer the companion ticket to your guest before matchday.
If you have a Wheelchair User or Easy Access ticket and can no longer attend, you may be eligible to offer your ticket for resale. For further details, please visit the Ticketing FAQs.
Specifically trained staff will be available to offer additional assistance at each entrance. Look for the designated accessibility lane.
There will be two accessibility info points located by stadium entrances (locations TBC). A team of dedicated volunteers will be available to provide support.
If you need to bring something for medical reasons that’s not permitted according to the stadium rules, you will be able to apply for an exemption.

ADC will be available on matchday via the UEFA Champions League app in Hungarian and the languages of the finalists. Simply bring your fully charged mobile phone with the app already installed and your own pair of headphones and then:
- Open the UEFA Champions League app
- Tap on the “More” menu
- Tap on “Audio-descriptive commentary” in the “At the event” section
- Tap on the match to listen (available from 15 minutes before kick-off)
- Enjoy!
The service requires only a minimum of mobile data. To recharge your phone during the match, you can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.
If you have any questions or issues with audio-descriptive commentary, speak to one of our accessibility volunteers.
🚾 Accessible toilets are located within 20m of the seating areas.
🍟 Concession stands on level 1 (near the wheelchair‑accessible seating area) feature low‑level service counters.
🛗 The stadium features accessible lifts and ramps.
♿ Volunteers are available to assist wheelchair users if required. Please note that wheelchairs are not available for loan.
🫶 Sensory rooms and sensory bags are available. To request these services, please speak to an accessible volunteer at the stadium.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome to accompany ticket holders who require their support. If you plan to bring one to the final, please inform the UEFA Ticketing Customer Service team in advance of the match.
